How do I start?

How many checks do I get?
Without an account: 1 check a day. Signed in with Apple: 20 checks a month. Free trial of Premium: 7 days, up to 20 checks. Premium: unlimited checks, subject to a fair-use limit of 200 checks a month, plus up to 300 automatic checks a month if you turn on Auto-check.

What is Auto-check?
An optional Premium feature. Turn it on in ReelCheck → Settings → Auto-check. While ReelCheck is listening, it checks new claims about every 90 seconds without you tapping anything, and notifies you only when something looks Misleading or False. The Dynamic Island and Lock Screen show the latest verdict in its colour. While it's on, what you watch is sent to be checked even when you don't tap. Turn it off any time in Settings.

How do I cancel Premium?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ReelCheck → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You can also open this from ReelCheck → Settings → Manage subscription.

How do I get a refund?

How do I restore my subscription on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, then open ReelCheck → Settings → Restore purchases.

How do I delete my account?
ReelCheck → Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account and usage data from our servers right away. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription; cancel that in your iPhone's Settings.
